Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your style, but if your Mystery Tackle Box apparel isn't the perfect catch, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
